What you will do

  • Serve as the escalation point for resolving desktop and laptop issues in a 1,000+ user enterprise environment.
  • Administer enterprise-level device management solutions using Jamf and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Apple, Microsoft, VPNs, and mobile devices for local and remote employees.
  • Act as on-site 'smart hands' for Corporate IT Infrastructure teams, assisting with racking, cabling, and TelCo troubleshooting.
  • Perform installations, configurations, and repairs of workstations, laptops, and A/V systems.
  • Document hardware management lifecycles and develop standard operating procedures for remote IT support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience.
  • Proficiency in provisioning and managing services via Jamf and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows devices.
  • Experience with Active Directory user, group, and policy administration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise apps such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and Okta.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid model in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting, particularly PowerShell.
  • Experience working with cloud environments or SaaS applications.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, and Androids).
