What you will do
- Investigate and implement cutting-edge graphics research and development.
- Prototype innovative graphics technologies, tools, and workflows for production engines.
- Collaborate with global studios to integrate new features into existing pipelines.
- Optimize graphics performance and debug complex rendering issues.
- Author and maintain technical design documentation for graphics systems.
- Work with hardware partners to maximize performance across graphics APIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Krakow, Poland
- 4+ years of experience with C/C++ and relevant shading languages.
- 3+ years of experience working on tools or titles for current-gen consoles or PC.
- Proven experience with real-time graphics APIs and hardware.
- Must have shipped at least 1 console or PC title, preferably AAA.
- Strong skills in optimization, debugging, and software architecture.
