What you will do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve transaction performance, reduce fraud, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate project planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the central point of truth for all payments and risk-related projects, managing epics and delivery tracking.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party providers regarding integrations and configuration.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful rollouts.
- Develop and maintain structured project documentation and governance processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in iGaming or online payments.
- Proven track record of delivering payments, risk, or regulatory projects in the iGaming sector.
- Experience working with PSPs, fraud tools, and KYC/AML systems.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with APIs and payment processing flows.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of certification processes and regional regulatory frameworks.
