What you will do

  • Analyze player behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle trends to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Design, execute, and measure experiments to evaluate promotional effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and customer health.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing to prioritize initiatives and quantify business impact.
  • Transform complex customer and product datasets into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in analytics or data science.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, SAS, or Matlab).
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to synthesize findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
