What you will do

• Maintain and support cameras, lenses, microphones, scanners, filters, and lighting equipment.
• Maintain live casino tables and specialized gaming hardware such as roulette wheels, moneywheels, and shuffle machines.
• Respond promptly to technical issues within the production studio to minimize downtime.
• Configure and support game stations to ensure software and settings align with studio policy.
• Log all tasks, hours, and detailed technical notes using a ticketing system.
• Execute maintenance duties following established documentation and procedures.

Requirements

• Good understanding of IT equipment and hardware.
• Experience with Audio/Video components is a significant asset.
• Comfortable working variable shifts.
• Ideally, experience within the gaming or tech industry.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and self-motivation.
