What you will do

• Support new product launches as a factory representative in project teams.
• Develop manufacturing processes by reviewing product requirements.
• Conduct continuous improvement activities to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis to support operations and quality teams in meeting yield and waste targets.
• Manage product changes through the standard APQP process.
• Participate in product qualification for new machinery and build trial costing estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and lean processes.
• Demonstrated competencies in team and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
