What you will do
- Monitor brand execution including distribution, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize growth.
- Define and track the brand’s picture of success and key KPIs.
- Develop and manage the monthly activation calendar for specific brands based on channel specifics.
- Build annual activation plans aligned with brand priorities and shopper behavior analysis.
- Design and implement activation tools and execution principles for sales stakeholders.
- Evaluate post-mortem performance of activations to derive learnings for future strategies.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Ideally 1 year of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Activation.
- Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
