What you will do

• Manage and support advertising accounts across Meta and Google platforms, monitoring statuses, limits, and bans.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients regarding account requests, top-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with advertising account providers to ensure stable account supply and fast issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity, spending, and financial data across reporting systems.
• Provide operational support for media buying workflows and advertising infrastructure.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the development of scalable internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Media Buying, Ad Operations, or Account Management within the digital advertising industry.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems and operational workflows.
• Knowledge of the advertising account lifecycle, including account limits, bans, and risk management.
• Ability to work confidently with spreadsheets, operational data, and reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and account-related data.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Agency Accounts and Media Buying teams.
• Understanding of account farming processes and anti-fraud systems.
• Knowledge of platform policies and experience with CRM systems.
