What you will do

• Lead end-to-end drafting and negotiation of MSAs, Enterprise T&Cs, and DPAs for the largest and most complex deals.
• Resolve complex AI-related legal sticking points and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Utilize AI tools to increase deal velocity and reduce contract cycles.
• Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR, Data Act) into competitive commercial terms.
• Maintain clean and consistent deal documentation to support audits and expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in-house at a SaaS scale-up (Series B–D preferred).
• Proven track record with 6-figure enterprise deals and complex negotiations.
• Expertise in drafting MSAs, T&Cs, and DPAs from scratch.
• Deep familiarity with GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act.
• Ability to navigate AI governance, risk, and model-training concerns.
• English: Proficiency required (company language).
