What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end investigations of safety incidents and Terms of Service violations to determine enforcement actions.
• Analyze harmful behavior and emerging abuse patterns to improve detection systems and prevention strategies.
• Tune and propose new rules, signals, and features for Trust & Safety detection systems.
• Perform root-cause analyses on safety incidents and integrate findings into product and engineering roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards and alerting systems to make abuse trends visible and actionable.
• Collaborate with leadership in Trust & Safety, Support, and Legal on policy changes and edge cases using AI tooling.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stockholm (On-site)
• 2+ years of experience in fraud operations, payment risk, or trust and safety investigations within a consumer or SaaS platform.
• Experience handling complex safety cases, policies, and disputes involving customers and authorities.
• Strong written communication skills for clear and accurate case notes and customer updates.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during incidents and maintain a pragmatic approach to user friction.
• English: Proficiency required as it is the company language
• Ability to handle exposure to sensitive content.
