What you will do
- Support the end-to-end delivery of retail, digital, social, and OOH advertising assets.
- Manage project timelines and assist in scheduling resources to ensure efficient production.
- Brief creative teams and provide quality control support for assets prior to client review.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the Senior Account Management team proactively.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the internal studio team to adapt briefs.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an agency or high-volume adaptation environment.
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in advertising campaign production across retail, digital, and paid media.
- Basic understanding of channel best practices and project management workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
