What you will do
- Lead and manage a sub-team, setting KPIs and providing daily supervision.
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts including Airport Service Agreements and Ground Handling Agreements.
- Identify new low-cost airport opportunities and assess their commercial viability.
- Build and maintain relationships with airports, tourism bodies, and governmental organizations.
- Run RFPs and tenders to select optimal service providers.
- Develop forecasts and lead cost-saving projects to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of overall work experience with at least 4 years in relevant roles.
- Proven experience in business development, route development, or airline-related sales.
- Strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Advanced business English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in people management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
