What you will do

• Manage data for compliance complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal and supplier meetings to monitor quality and ESG performance.
• Conduct annual supplier evaluations and qualification processes.
• Develop and analyze KPIs related to supplier quality, ESG metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in 8D problem-solving processes and support internal audits.
• Ensure company compliance with quality standards, regulations, and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, or compliance.
• Fluent in both Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Working experience in the ESG/Sustainability field.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
