What you will do

• Design and implement complex SAP solutions globally to optimize organizational business processes.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable architectures using SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
• Coordinate with sales and presales teams to determine optimal technical architectures for clients.
• Lead the translation of business requirements into innovative SAP designs and guide implementation teams.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with SAP Payroll and cloud solutions to influence global strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect within SAP environments.
• Proven experience monitoring and managing SAP Payroll systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Experience in improving and automating business processes within the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong ability to manage system updates and changes while minimizing operational impact.
• Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
