What you will do

• Lead proactive cybersecurity efforts to protect and strengthen client systems against evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage the timely and effective use of Air Tasking Order (ATO) assigned assets and assess deviations.
• Serve as the operational expert on doctrinal processes for AOC positions, including CASDO, INTDO, BDO, CSAR, TST, and EW/SEAD.
• Provide expertise on capability degradation, tactics, and threat areas.
• Perform the duties of the Chief of Combat Ops (CCO), coordinating with the Joint Exercise Control Group to meet training objectives.
• Act as a liaison and representative at planning conferences and forward exercise locations.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of progressive AOC experience as a Combat Operations Duty Officer (e.g., FDO, SEAD DO, TCT Chief).
• Minimum 2 years as an Offensive Operations Team Mentor, White Cell member, or AOC Combat Ops Instructor.
• Background as a Pilot, Navigator, or Air Battle Manager in bomber, fighter, or air battle management.
• Subject Matter Expertise in the Falconer Weapon System and common AOC tools.
• Deep familiarity with AFTTP 3-3 and doctrinal processes for SODO subordinate cells.

Nice to have

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
