What you will do
- Investigate how the integration of AI transforms core business functions including strategy, finance, HR, and innovation management.
- Analyze the adaptation of strategic decision-making and resource allocation in technology-driven firms.
- Develop a theoretically grounded understanding of AI-driven organizational change using a mix of research approaches.
- Conduct case studies, survey methods, and quantitative analysis of firm-level data.
- Collaborate within a research environment to produce high-quality scientific articles and a final thesis.
Requirements
- MSc or MPhil degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Organizational Behavior, Innovation Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated potential for conducting high-quality research.
- Proficiency in quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, and working with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a collaborative environment.
