HR Specialist (Leadership Support)

KPMG is looking for an HR Specialist (Leadership Support) to join its People team and support key HR initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, employee well-being, and leadership reporting. This role combines HR operations, analytics, stakeholder management, and project coordination in an international professional services environment.
What you’ll do:
— support performance management and employee assessment processes
— coordinate learning & development initiatives, including vendor management, contracts, payments, reporting, and training logistics
— collaborate with global teams on internal learning programs
— oversee employee well-being benefits and related services
— administer vacation and approval processes in line with company policies
— collect, analyze, and interpret survey and research data
— prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials for leadership teams
— support management reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations
What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Well-being
— strong analytical skills and experience working with surveys, research, and reporting
— ability to create executive-level presentations and structured reports
— experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams
— strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
— proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
