What you will do

• Develop embedded software for electric drive systems, specifically inverter and motor control functionality.
• Design and implement control algorithms for electric machines such as PMSM and induction machines.
• Translate system requirements into robust embedded C code and MATLAB/Simulink models.
• Participate in system architecture and concept development for electrified powertrains.
• Perform software verification and validation across multiple levels, including unit, MIL, SIL, HIL, rig, and vehicle testing.
• Collaborate with hardware and validation engineers to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in electric machine control systems (PMSM and/or induction machines).
• Proven proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for control system development.
• At least 3+ years of industry experience in embedded or control systems development.
• Experience with calibration and testing in HIL, test rigs, or vehicle environments.
• Strong understanding of embedded C/C++ and a valid driver’s license (B).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and development workflows.
• Experience with modern debugging environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Familiarity with power electronics hardware and electrification systems.
