What you will do

• Lead the migration of complex domain logic from platform-specific code to a KMP-first architecture.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and clean code implementation to production monitoring.
• Integrate scalable AI-powered features into the application in collaboration with backend teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape the roadmap and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Mentor other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and process improvements.

Requirements

• Expertise in modern Android development using Kotlin and Compose.
• Significant experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or a strong willingness to master it.
• Proven track record of organizing and delivering mobile features end-to-end.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to automate workflows and improve quality.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex technical ideas to various stakeholders.
• English: Proficiency required (company language)

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience integrating and shaping AI-driven features in production environments.
