TL;DR
Junior DevOps (SaaS): Managing identity, access, and productivity systems for large-scale IT products with an accent on SSO integrations, security controls, and IT administration. Focus on automating onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure.
Location: Remote (Global). Available to work from any location except Russia and Belarus. Must have 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time (CST).

What you will do
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and govern identity providers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of account provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across the SaaS stack.
- Execute clean and auditable onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and other productivity tools.
- Enforce security configurations (MFA, least privilege) and monitor security tooling for anomalies.
- Automate manual processes using Python, Bash, or TypeScript glue code and SaaS APIs.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in IT engineering, IT operations, or systems administration.
- Working knowledge of SSO and identity concepts (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA).
- Proficiency with terminal and at least one scripting language (Python, Bash) and Git.
- English and Russian at B2 level.
- Availability to work hours that overlap with US Central Time (CST) by at least 4–5 hours daily.
- Must be located outside of Russia and Belarus.
Nice to have
- Experience with Okta, Google Cloud Identity, or similar IdPs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack/Teams administration.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment.
