What you will do

• Plan and organize speech recording campaigns involving over 1000 speakers.
• Execute recordings on-site and in the field, capturing unique and unconventional audio scenarios.
• Mix and post-process recordings using digital audio workstations (DAW).
• Annotate, label, and curate audio data to provide high-quality training inputs for ML models.
• Build and maintain internal Python scripts to streamline data labeling and database management.
• Maintain and calibrate studio recording equipment and hardware.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in audio engineering, acoustics, or a related program.
• Extended knowledge of recording equipment, audio software (DAWs), and signal processing.
• Basic programming experience in Python or similar languages.
• Proven experience working in a recording studio or as an audio producer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Berlin-based or able to work in the Berlin office.
