Location: Hybrid in Brussels (Vorst), Belgium (possibility of teleworking 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Format, consolidate, and standardize commercial offer and description data to enable sales production.
• Integrate key article information (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, prices, and stock) into the PIM using data integration tools.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and images to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Digital Fashion departments to facilitate production.
• Create unique databases for each campaign to lead global production and process initiation.
• Ensure data compliance in systems and handle daily reporting of tasks.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Dutch or Flemish is an asset.
• High level of rigor, organization, and adaptability.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team spirit.
