What you will do

• Oversee the entire after-sales market operations for the Balkan region.
• Manage incoming customer complaints and coordinate product exchanges.
• Handle order processing via phone, email, and EDI systems.
• Perform technical evaluations and complex repairs on reclaimed goods.
• Document processes and guidelines to ensure operational consistency.
• Support team onboarding and provide training for new colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English required.
• Experience in Customer Service, After Sales, or Operations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Technical understanding or experience with product repairs and quality evaluation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or order management systems.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
