What you will do

• Perform cell-based assays, including proliferation, viability, reporter assays, and immunoassays.
• Culture and maintain primary cells and various cell lines.
• Establish, optimize, and validate new assay formats to improve research quality.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools like Excel and GraphPad Prism.
• Document all laboratory work according to industry standards and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with Senior Scientists and contribute to study reports and scientific presentations.

Requirements

• Completed training as TA (BTA/CTA/MTA) or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with adherent and/or suspension cell cultures.
• Practical experience with cellular assays and basic molecular biology techniques.
• Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working style with strong team motivation.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D cell culture and Organoids.
