What you will do

• Develop and implement the KBPF Strategy and Operating Procedures Manual, including sector identification and selection criteria.
• Establish and maintain robust governance systems to ensure transparent and accountable delivery of the fund.
• Cultivate a pipeline of high-quality partnerships by engaging with Indonesian and Australian industry stakeholders.
• Design and manage competitive funding rounds and assess proposals based on commercial viability and potential for scale.
• Oversee the implementation of approved partnerships, monitoring milestones, budgets, and safeguard requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Business and Partnership Coordinator(s), providing guidance and performance management.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in business, economics, finance, international development, or a related field.
• Significant experience in partnership funds, private-sector development, or donor-funded programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing grant facilities, including pipeline development and partner assessment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of inclusive business, SME development, and market system approaches.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
