What you will do

• Drive delivery for minor and major change programs, including product launches, pricing updates, and new subscription models.
• Translate ambiguous briefs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate timelines, track progress, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
• Lead support strategy and enablement for key launches and high-impact initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally across User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content & Discovery, and Design Experience.
• Support operational cadences, goal planning, and team rhythms within Service Design & Delivery.

Requirements

• Direct Program or Product Management experience, ideally within the tech space.
• Strong business and user acumen with the ability to balance trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
• Ability to communicate complexity clearly through structured documents, visuals, or data-driven recommendations.
• Proactive, adaptable approach to building operational foundations that support high-quality experiences at scale.
• Must be based in Makati, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
