What you will do

• Analyze incoming client requests to find effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to resolve platform issues.
• Communicate with client representatives to troubleshoot technical problems related to the product.
• Maintain and update product documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Postman and Python.
