What you will do

• Create clear user stories and product requirements for features, epics, and initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs across engineering teams aligned with OKRs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and frontend engineers using Figma to transform requirements into designs.
• Lead the sign-off process and ensure all product acceptance criteria are met following QA.
• Gather customer feedback and iterate on features to test viability.
• Analyze product performance and usage data to propose continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in industrial IoT, oil & gas, or AI/ML platforms.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and translate roadmaps into delivery plans in Jira.
• Experience working with design and engineering teams with a focus on technical feasibility and usability.
• Proficiency in using Figma during the design process.
• Strong understanding of QA/test workflows and acceptance criteria verification.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct industry experience in oil & gas, energy, or mission-critical IoT deployments.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS product cycles and enterprise customer requirements.
• Knowledge of edge computing, hardware development, and AI-based industrial software.
