What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune computer vision and object detection models using YOLO, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Deploy ML models into production or near-production environments.
• Process large-scale visual datasets and manage annotation workflows.
• Build real-time detection and alerting capabilities using camera-based systems for retail safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Infrastructure and AI Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs and pilot programs.

Requirements

• English: Advanced (C1) communication skills required for daily technical discussions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Computer Vision and Object Detection frameworks (YOLO, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience training, validating, and deploying ML models.
• Proven track record of working with image and video data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based ML infrastructure, preferably within Azure.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time video analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with retail, operational monitoring, or loss prevention environments.
• Experience contributing to MVPs and executive demonstration initiatives.
