What you will do

• Oversee daily payment processing, including payouts, refunds, and corrections.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and gateways, monitoring fees and SLAs.
• Build, mentor, and lead the Payments team, tracking performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and data protection regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation tools to reduce manual errors.
• Monitor liquidity, balances, and settlements for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Experience in payments, fintech, or banking operations.
• Proven knowledge of PSPs and payment gateway management.
• Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
