What you will do

• Execute incoming and outgoing fiat payments (SEPA, SWIFT, UK Faster Payments) and manage client fund allocation and segregation.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify exceptions, and escalate suspicious activity to Compliance/AML.
• Oversee fiat liquidity across currencies to ensure availability for withdrawals and settlements.
• Investigate and resolve stuck, delayed, or returned payments with banking partners.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reference tools, and documentation for the payments function.
• Contribute to automation and system improvements to optimize payment workflows and SLAs.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in high-volume payment processing operations within the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of payment methods and client fund safeguarding requirements.
• Must be based in Cyprus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under time pressure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with payment gateways, API integrations, and CRM or data tools.
