What you will do

• Facilitate the interpretation of technical guidelines introduced by regulators.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate compliance obligations into business-friendly requirements.
• Create detailed technical requirements based on regulatory texts.
• Support engineering teams in understanding requirements and proposing compliant workarounds.
• Act as the technical compliance lead on market expansion projects to ensure compliance by design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software/Database Engineer, Product Owner, Product Manager, or QA.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory texts into technical specifications.
