What you will do

• Own the implementation, maintenance, and integration of HR systems to ensure peak performance.
• Provide technical support and act as the primary point of contact for SmartRecruiters and Sage People.
• Drive the automation of HR processes to increase team efficiency.
• Ensure HR data quality by maintaining accurate and reliable system records.
• Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and system enhancements from kickoff to launch.
• Partner with the global HR team to solve challenges and deliver impactful improvements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role maintaining and developing core HR systems.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into technical language and vice versa.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated team player with a flexible and creative mindset.
• English: Proficiency required as it is the primary company language.

Nice to have

• Native or fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
