What you will do

• Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to define & track action plans.
• Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization.
• Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar.
• First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High level of business curiosity and ownership.
• Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Power BI.
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage.
