What you will do

• Own the transaction monitoring part of the Crystal platform.
• Improve stability and observability of the owned services.
• Perform end-to-end feature design and implementation.
• Provide code reviews, assistance, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Conduct performance and database query optimizations.
• Maintain high-quality code standards through continuous delivery and refactoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial experience developing Python backend services and APIs.
• Solid software architecture skills and experience with distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data architecture, including PostgreSQL.
• Experience in developing client-facing solutions.
• Knowledge of testing principles at different system levels.
• English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Experience with scalability and performance optimizations of large distributed systems.
• Experience working with large data volumes.
• Experience with the Flask framework.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
