Location: Remote (Argentina). Must have majority overlap with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Design and build internal platform services and developer tooling to reduce cognitive load for application teams.
• Own core infrastructure components including TypeScript Pulumi codebase and Kubernetes-based runtime environments.
• Architect scalable systems and enforce engineering standards through infrastructure-as-code.
• Improve observability practices, including defining SLIs/SLOs and operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to maintain production-grade systems and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure and cloud domains.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript or another strictly typed language.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture and Kubernetes workload scaling.
• Proven ability to build reusable systems and abstractions rather than one-off scripts.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals including availability, consistency, and fault tolerance.
• Must have majority overlap with Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps patterns and deployment automation.
• Expertise in Developer Experience (DevEx) and building Internal Development Platforms.
• Experience defining error budgets and building incident tooling.
