What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee, plan, and organize commission timetables and production schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact between independent production companies and the hirify.global team.
• Support and oversee junior team members, ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Collate research and data in collaboration with Audiences and Marketing teams to promote the series.

Requirements

• Experience in the content commissioning process and working with independent production companies.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Deep understanding of teen audiences, their interests, and content consumption habits.
• Experience creating resources for schools, teachers, or education consultants.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from Salford, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience writing scripts, briefs, or web articles for multimedia platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Experience with location-based production work.
