Internship – Materials and Inspection Lab (Engineering)

Materials and Inspection Lab Intern (Engineering): Performing material tests and failure investigations for gas engine components with an accent on metallurgical sample preparation and professional report writing. Location: Onsite in Jenbach, Austria. A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position.

What you will do

• Work on material-related projects focusing on a variety of gas engine components.

Requirements

• Bachelor of science in materials or mechanical engineering (materials preferred).
• Solid knowledge of material science, primarily in metallic materials.
• Familiarity with material testing methods.
• Enthusiasm and basic knowledge about internal combustion engines.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A valid work permit for Austria is required.
