hirify.global is a market leader in mobile application security, providing a comprehensive approach to protect mobile apps and SDKs against reverse engineering and tampering.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and structure detailed recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct the full interview cycle, including phone screenings, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage all candidate communication from initial application through to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to oversee internal and external recruitment communication and employer branding on social media.
  • Optimize hiring processes and ATS best practices, while managing relationships with external agencies.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar recruiting role across Junior to Management levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with Recruitment Software/ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Leuven, Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring technical professionals, such as IT or Computer Science Engineers.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
