What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global Advanced Security, providing technical guidance and strategic support to high-value customers.
• Deliver live product demonstrations, lead proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises, and help clients integrate security tools into existing workflows.
• Partner with field sales teams to identify business requirements, align resources, and drive customer happiness and product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Represent hirify.global at industry forums, panels, and events to share insights on the application security landscape.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or consultative selling (or equivalent experience with a relevant degree).
• 6+ years of practical experience in Enterprise Software Development.
• 4+ years of practical experience in Application Security (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to serve business or client needs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD architecture, hirify.global Actions, and related automation workflows.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, or C#.
• In-depth expertise in static/dynamic analysis, control flow, data flow, and taint tracking.
• Proven communication skills demonstrated through public speaking, blogging, or industry podcasts.
