What you will do

• Lead technical discovery engagements to understand customer business goals and engineering requirements.
• Design and position integrated solution architectures specifically for electric utilities and overhead line workflows.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-value scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product and Industry teams to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Support sales opportunities and marketing events through technical thought leadership and account strategy.
• Manage feature enhancement requests and identify technical workarounds for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in overhead line design, project management, or field construction.
• Proficiency with specialized software including PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER.
• Strong understanding of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) industry standards and codes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
