What you will do

• Manage and expand the PSP network in Asia, including sourcing and onboarding new partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding rates, fees, settlement terms, and FX costs.
• Define and optimize routing strategies to improve transaction performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor provider KPIs, transaction stability, and success rates to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate PSP integrations and migrations in collaboration with Product and Development teams.
• Analyze payment trends and prepare operational reports to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience working with PSPs, EMIs, or banks.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, acquiring, and fintech infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Asia (3–4 months per year).
• Experience with payment data, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
