What you will do

• Manage daily payment operations and PSP integrations across the Asia region.
• Proactively monitor payment flows, transaction health, and operational KPIs.
• Identify and resolve payment incidents in real-time, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
• Analyze payment trends and prepare recurring performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction regarding provider fees and FX conversion.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to define and validate requirements for new payment methods.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fintech, or payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Asia for 3–4 months per year.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking operations, PSPs, or transaction monitoring.
