What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Support credit line management, onboarding, and invoice processing activities.
• Handle customer disputes, account changes, and merchant reimbursements.
• Manage cash application and account receivables research.
• Log, update, and route cases according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of contact center or customer relationship management experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing.
