🚀 We Are Hiring: Junior Web Developer (1–2 Years Experience)
On behalf of an IT Infrastructure company based in Limassol, Cyprus, we are seeking a motivated #Junior #Web #Developer to join our remote digital team.
You will be supported by a senior team while taking ownership of day-to-day website performance, front-end updates, and DNS infrastructure.
🛠 Core Tech Stack & Tools
To succeed in this role, you should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the following core tools and frameworks:
🎇CMS & Backend -> WordPress (Theme/Plugin customization), Core PHP
🎇Front-EndHTML5 -> CSS3 , JavaScript (Vanilla ES6)
🎇Performance & Security -> Cloudflare (CDN, Caching, Firewalls)
🎇Infrastructure & Email -> Domain Management, DNS Records , Email Deliverability ( SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX )
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🎇Maintain and customize WordPress sites, ensuring clean code and compatibility across plugins and themes.
🎇Build and optimize responsive web pages using clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
🎇Configure DNS records and manage domain settings via Cloudflare.
🎇Troubleshoot and configure email services (SMTP) and ensure strict email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
🎇Monitor website uptime, server performance, and security configurations, resolving technical glitches quickly.
📌 Requirements
🎇Experience: 1–2 years of professional or strong freelance experience in web development.
🎇WordPress & PHP: Solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and basic PHP scripting.
🎇Web Basics: High proficiency in front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) and responsive design.
🎇Network & Systems: Familiarity with how hosting, servers, and Cloudflare interface with web applications.
🎇Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for debugging broken layouts, DNS propagation delays, or email delivery failures.
🌟 Working Conditions & Benefits
📍 Location: 100% Remote (Open ONLY to applicants currently located in Serbia, Ukraine, or Russia).
⏰ Shift: Night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM CET .
💰 Compensation: Competitive salary based on your 1-2 years of experience + performance bonuses for every project completed on time.
