UX Designer (AI/Defence)

What you will do

• Design experiences for agentic AI capabilities within SitaWare Insight using strong interaction design principles.
• Translate scoped features from early concepts to implementation-level detail to ensure design intent is realized.
• Contribute to and maintain the suite-wide design system and shared patterns bank.
• Facilitate concept creation sessions with internal stakeholders to bridge the problem and solution space.
• Support developers through high-fidelity prototyping during the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a UX design role with a portfolio demonstrating interaction design at the implementation level.
• Proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with AI-assisted design tools like Figma Make.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record.
• Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years.
