What you will do

  • Own the go-to-market planning and creative execution for game updates, seasons, and IP collaborations.
  • Drive creative direction for marketing campaigns, elevating trailers, social content, and launch assets.
  • Collaborate with game teams to shape feature reveals and in-game communication strategies.
  • Partner with community managers and content creators to amplify launches organically.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data to inform growth levers and future marketing strategies.
  • Build repeatable creative frameworks to maintain high-velocity delivery without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to provide actionable feedback on visual and social content.
  • Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and live operations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel launches.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Helsinki.
