Location: Hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig City. Employees may occasionally be asked to report onsite if the need arises.

What you will do

• Analyze client workflows and service models to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and agents using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Build automation using Zapier, Make, and Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Support the integration of AI solutions into client systems and operational environments.
• Monitor AI performance and optimize workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Document automation processes and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automation, process improvement, or AI-related roles.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of workflow automation and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Ortigas, Pasig City.
