What you will do

• Lead network architecture for AI datacenter environments, including GPU cluster fabrics, storage networks, and customer connectivity.
• Design scalable, high-performance network fabrics using RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and 400G/800G networking.
• Evaluate and select network architecture options for NVIDIA, AMD, and other accelerated compute platforms.
• Partner with datacenter engineering, facilities, security, and procurement teams to ensure practical and scalable designs.
• Lead technical evaluation of network vendors, OEMs, carriers, and automation platforms to inform RFPs and commercial decisions.
• Establish network reliability practices, including incident management, capacity planning, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in network engineering, datacenter networking, or AI/HPC infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise in Layer 2/3 architecture, routing protocols, and high-availability design.
• Significant experience with RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, and 100G/400G/800G networking.
• Proven ability to operate as both an executive-level leader and a hands-on architect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Austin, US
