What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable distributed systems for content management infrastructure.
• Implement event-driven architectures and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions for content transformation.
• Contribute to the deprecation and migration of legacy systems while building next-generation replacements.
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives, including on-call rotations and system monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience designing or architecting systems with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or equivalent.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
